The terrace reminded me of paradise, perfect for sophisticated cocktails at sunset. The scenery and refreshing breeze added to the relaxation, i loved our room with direct pool access near the beach and pier. it allowed us to relax in a peaceful setting, i found the heated pools a fantastic feature. they ensured my comfort throughout our stay.

great food warm staff super cleanliness

the food was great with many options. the staff worked together very well. the hotel (i especially liked) felt very clean and cared for.

the adult pool had very few places to sit and relax on loungers.

The staff were very friendly. Sheml at reception was always checking on everyone. Amr from housekeeping was very nice! Mostafa in the restaurant made sure I had everything I needed, too. Haitham in the pool area ensured I had a cocktail, so I felt charmed.

The hotel features a spacious pool where Haitham made sure I had a cocktail. CCTV cameras are placed around the hotel. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The beach is within walking distance.
